WHAT YOU NEED

Provisional licence required, or car licence with provisional motorcycle entitlement (which is Category A)

CBT required

The motorcycle you pass your test on must now be more powerful than 595cc (54bhp).

Passing your test on this size of bike means you are entitled to ride any size of bike. No restrictions.

Step 1

PASS YOUR MOTORCYCLE THEORY TEST

NOTE If you hold a valid motorcycle theory test certificate, or if you have held your A2 licence for more than 2 years you do not have to re-take your theory test.

Step 2

PASS YOUR MODULE 1 TEST

BIKE SIZE – MORE POWERFUL THAN 595cc (54BHP) WITH US – 650cc

The module 1 test lasts about 10 minutes and we will teach you how to prepare for this through practice both in our own large training areas and the Driving & Vehicle Standards Agency test off road test centre.

Step 3

PASS YOUR MODULE 2 TEST

BIKE SIZE – MORE POWERFUL THAN 595cc (54BHP) WITH US – 600cc

The module 2 test lasts about 35 to 40 minutes and covers a variety of road conditions and situations. A DVSA examiner takes you for this test.

Our lessons are aimed at ensuring you are well prepared for your test – both mentally and, of course, your riding ability.
